工作职责：

Job Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate the risk of quality variation before launching new products, stick to the New Product Launch Approval Process to assure the quality.
2. Maintain close working relationships with Product department, R&D center, Technical Service department as well as Legal Affairs Department. Organize activities involved in assuring the quality of manufactured products, identify and minimize the risk of affecting product quality.
3. Review and audit the product quality- related technical documents, make sure the raw materials, packaging components, labels, and finished products to comply with established specifications and regulatory standards.
4. Maintain the post-market quality supervision system (Such as OA system), push forward continuous improvement of product quality.

1. 参与新产品上市前的质量风险评估，推行新品上市通行证，保证新品质量。
2. 与产品、研发、技服、法务等职能部门积极沟通，负责组织和实施对产品风险的识别、评价和控制等质量风险管理活动，以降低质量风险。
3. 参与审批产品质量相关技术文件及资料，包括产品和原材料执行标准、产品质量控制技术指标等。
4. 维护产品上市后的质量监管系统（OA系统）；推动产品体系的持续改进。

任职资格：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemistry, Polymer or Materials Science is preferred.
CET 4 or above, with excellent listening, speaking and writing skills.
2. More than 5 years of quality control related working experience, and at least 2 years working experience in R&D or Product technical.
3. Be Familiar with ISO ISO9001 requirements, and familiar with quality process of product life cycle.
4. Be familiar with the quality-related laws and regulations, and familiar with all the regulatory standards and requirements in the building materials industry.
5. Strong logical thinking, good communication and coordination skills, proactive working attitude and good team-player spirit.
6. Business trip is required once in a while.

1、 本科或以上学历，化工、高分子或材料学专业优先。英语四级以上具备听说写能力。
2、 有5年以上质量相关工作经历；有2年以上从事产品研发或产品技术的工作经历。
3、 熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系的要素，具备管理体系要素实施的能力。熟悉产品全生命周期的质量流程。
4、 熟悉产品质量相关法律法规，熟悉建材行业产品相关执行标准及要求。
5、 较强逻辑思维，良好的沟通和协调能力，积极主动的工作态度和协助的团队精神。
6、 能够适应短期出差。
