工作职责：

Main Responsibilities:

• To identify potential new sources of sand at regional level
• To explore vertical integration scheme , acquisition of partnership with upstream players
• Lead and drive sand material to ensure
 Security of supply
 Optimal cost management
 Effective supplier relationship management
 Effective and efficient systems and processes
 Continuous improvement in all of the above
• Develop, document and communicate sourcing strategies for all key materials within the define Material Groups
• Liaises with the various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that business priorities are understood and that sourcing strategies to meet these priorities are understood and agreed
• Form part of the Regional / Global category team
 Help to define and implement Region/Global sourcing strategies at a local level
 Provide local economic and market intelligence for the category teams
• Identify and manage structural cost reduction / supply chain risk reduction projects to meet or exceed annual targets
• Ensure compliance both of oneself and ones suppliers to those ethical standards defined by all applicable laws, Sika’s Procurement Manual and Sika Code of Conduct.

• Above 5 years’ relevant experience in chemical or material industry
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English) with the ability to present concepts at functional and local executive levels
• Ability to manage conflict and encourage collaboration
• Demonstrated team ability, team facilitation and team member participation.
